Reablement Support Worker (Days) 9596 permanent contract 16.25 hours per week 26403 to 28142 per annum pro rata Grade E Grays Fair Court Dereham Road Costessey
Salary starting at 13.69 per hour rising to 14.59 per hour (weekend hours are paid at a higher rate of time and a third).
You will work on a 2-week rota basis. This will include working alternate weekends and occasional bank holidays.
As a Reablement Support Worker you will be assisting people with their daily living activities such as personal care meal/drink preparation and medication with the aim of maintaining their level of independence with these activities.
Grays Fair Court is a care establishment made up of 34 Housing with Care flats. All flats are self-contained with bedroom lounge kitchenette and bathroom. The Housing with Care tenants also have access to 24 hour assessed care.
Grays Fair Court is part of the wider Norfolk First Response Service which consists of Norfolk First Support and Swift Response.
Both experienced social care workers and those new to care are welcomed to apply. Full training will be provided.
