What will I be doing

As a Demi Chef de Partie you will contribute to our guests experience in the Restaurant. Our guests expect an impeccable service whilst enjoying local and seasonal produce.

Specifically you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Assist in developing and delivering menus that ensure satisfaction
• Produce consistent quality specialised meals
• Keep up to date with culinary trends
• Assist to supervise your section including development of Team Members
• Assist with the maximisation of F&B revenue through effective food cost control
• Work closely with our Chef De Partie and Sous Chefs
