About the role:

As the Clinical Manager at our 73-bed Morrison Gardens facility in Midland youll lead the delivery of person-centered care working closely with residents families and staff. You will coordinate care plans ensuring they are tailored to each residents needs and oversee medication management and staff performance. Your role will also involve maintaining communication with families assessing care plans and managing clinical incidents.

Youll lead a team of professionals providing mentorship and professional development and ensuring the team is working within their scope. Additionally you will support recruitment retention and staff development while contributing to budget planning and monitoring financial reports. Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Standards and supporting quality improvement initiatives will be key parts of your responsibilities.

About you:

• Tertiary-qualified Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with experience at a senior clinical level in aged care.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills with a proven ability to drive quality care outcomes.
• Expert in aged care assessments including AN-ACC with sound knowledge of legislation and Australian Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Committed to person-centred customer-focused care with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in clinical IT systems and interpreting financial reports.
• Up-to-date with contemporary aged care issues and adaptable to evolving sector needs.
• Experienced preferred in geriatric medicine chronic disease management palliative care and dementia care.
