Overview:

Sentara Princess Anne in Virginia Beach VA is seeking an Echocardiographer

Shift: Fulltime - 8 hour shifts starting at Required.

Position Overview:

Unit has 5 rooms for Echos. Echocardiographer will perform Echo and Stress Echo tests Transesophageal (TEE) Echocardiogram and Doppler ultrasound. Echocardiographer will work in Cardiac Non-Invasive Lab EP and Cath Lab OR ICU and willalso work with patients at the bedside.

Required Education:

Bachelors Level Degree Associates Level Degree - CARDIOVASCULAR TECHNOLOGY OR High School Diploma.
Echo Tech experience in lieu of education: Yes

License and Certifications:

Basic Life SupportRequired
Adult echocardiography registry (ARDMS RDCS or RCS) required within 12 months of hire.

Other:

At least 3 years of echocardiographer experience
