We are looking for acreativecommunicationsofficersupporting bothourinternal and external messaging.

Your impact

As part of the Marketing & Communications team you will play a key role in delivering impactful communications internally and externally:

  • Supportcommunicationstrategies:Assistin the development and execution of internal and external communication plans helping to deliver clear and impactful messaging across the organisation.

  • Contentcreation:Draft and edit engaging communication materials including emails social media posts intranet updates press releasesarticlesand presentations tailored for various audiences.

  • Channelmanagement:Help manage and optimise communication channels such as email intranet digital signage and social media ensuringtimelyand relevant information is shared with employees and external stakeholders.

  • Projectcoordination:Support project management activities bymaintainingschedules tracking deadlines coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring attention to detail in all communications.

  • Stakeholdercollaboration:Work closely with colleagues across Marketing HRITand other teams as well as external partners to align communications and contribute to team goals.

  • Digital anddataskills:Use digitaltools and analytics totrack and measure the effectiveness of communicationcampaigns andcontribute ideas for improving reach and engagement.

  • Pressmonitoring:Review andmonitorour press coverage andwhatsbeing said in the media.

  • Learning anddevelopment:Take advantage of learning opportunities to grow your communicationsexpertise stayup-to-datewith industry trends and develop new skills in a tech-powered environment.

Aboutyou

  • Education:Degree in Communications Marketing PublicRelationsor a related field (or relevant experience).

  • Experience:Open to school leavers orcandidateswith one to two years of experience.

  • Languageskills:Excellent written and spokenDutch &English is essential.Frenchproficiencyis an advantage.

  • Communication:Strong writingeditingand verbal skills. Able to communicate clearly and concisely with different audiences.

  • Organisation:Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Digital& AIfluency:Comfortable using digital communication platforms and keen to learnaboutnewAItools.

  • Teamplayer:Enjoy working collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Proactiveattitude:Curious proactive and eager to develop new skills and knowledge.

  • Attention todetail:Careful and thorough in your work to ensure accuracy and quality.

Technicalskills (preferred)

  • Basic experience with content management systems (CMS) social media platforms and email marketing tools.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools for measuring communications effectiveness.

  • Interest in design and creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar) is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
