Programming in the smart home technology and luxury electronic/integration systems is one of the fastest growing roles in the US.

Pay ranges from $18 - $45/hour based on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform installation tasks for residential systems including low voltage wiring speakers TVs networks surveillance access control lighting and shades
Configure and commission networks Savant and Crestron Home control systems and Lutron Homeworks lighting systems - Read and interpret schematics and spreadsheets
- Use hand and power tools to drill holes crimp connectors along with various other AV system-related tasks
- Communicate well with the project lead or project manager
- Travel to various job sites as required
- Produce professional work to company installation standards
Skills and Abilities
- Effectively communicate with colleaguesand other trades on job sites
- Ability to use hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner
- Ability to work and think independently to meet project deadlines
- Basic computer knowledge
Education/Experience
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
- Formal education in electronics or related field is a plus
- Passion and interest in electronic systems or technology
- Valid Drivers License and a clean motor vehicle record
- Prior AV or IT experience preferred
