Job Summary
At Always Best Care we provide compassionate high-quality in-home care for seniors and individuals who need support with daily living activities. We take pride in delivering care that promotes personal dignity safety and emotional well-being. As a trusted care provider in the Greater West Houston area we are expanding our services and are seeking dedicated caregivers to support prospective clients in the Clear Lake area.
We are preparing to staff care cases in Clear Lake TX. These positions will involve day shifts and short shifts. The official schedules will be announced once client care needs are finalized.

Short shifts (official schedules to be announced)
Responsibilities
Follow a care plan outlined by a supervisor to assist with daily living activities including meal preparation medication reminders housekeeping and companionship.
Monitor and observe the clients overall well-being and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.
Assist with errands or transportation as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
Follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a clean and secure environment.
Communicate effectively with clients families and supervisors to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
Prior caregiving experience preferred (senior care experience is a plus).
CNA certification is ideal but not required.
Ability to pass a background check and reference check.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassion patience and empathy when working with elderly clients.
Willingness to travel up to 25 miles when needed.
