Roles and Responsibilities

• Attract and retain talent managing large teams while developing expertise in your function.

• Use multiple internal and external resources outside of your function to help arrive at a decision.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma
• / GED with at least 14 years of experience in engineering manufacturing engineering industrial engineering or operations).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Engineering or Operations.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.

Desired Characteristics

• Experience with FLIGHT DECK fundamentals and tools

• Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
• Ability to document plan market and execute programs. Established project management skills
