Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate steel welding activities at site or workshop.
Ensure welding works are carried out as per approved WPS drawings and project specifications.
Assign welders monitor daily productivity and ensure quality and safety compliance.
Coordinate with QA/QC fabrication and site teams for inspections and smooth execution.
Enforce HSE rules and ensure safe welding practices at all times.
Requirements
Diploma or ITI in Welding / Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade.
Minimum 58 years of experience in steel welding with proven supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of welding processes (SMAW / GTAW / MIG as applicable) and welding standards.
Ability to read drawings manage manpower and ensure quality workmanship.
