Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate offshore steel welding activities for structural and fabrication works.
Ensure all welding is performed in accordance with approved WPS drawings and offshore project specifications.
Assign welders monitor productivity and ensure quality and safety compliance in offshore environments.
Coordinate with QA/QC fabrication and HSE teams for inspections and smooth offshore execution.
Enforce offshore PTW systems HSE requirements and safe welding practices at all times.
Requirements
Diploma or ITI in Welding / Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade.
Minimum 58 years of offshore steel welding experience including supervisory responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of offshore welding processes (SMAW / GTAW / FCAW as applicable) and welding standards.
Proven ability to manage offshore manpower ensure quality workmanship and meet project deadlines.
