Kia of Lincoln is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Service this role you will be the first point of contact for our service department handling incoming calls scheduling appointments managing our loaner vehicle inventory and supporting day-to-day operations. This position offers an opportunity for growth including assisting with warranty processing as you develop within the role.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming service department calls promptly and professionally
- Schedule service appointments efficiently to maximize customer satisfaction and service department productivity
- Manage and track loaner vehicle inventory to ensure availability and proper maintenance
- Assist with warranty processing as knowledge and experience grow
- Maintain clear communication between customers service technicians and management
- Provide a high level of customer service to enhance the dealerships reputation
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn service management software
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role including warranty processing responsibilities
- Previous experience in automotive or customer service roles is a plus
