Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing preventative dental care and supporting overall patient oral health. Key duties include performing dental cleanings scaling and root planing taking dental radiographs conducting oral health assessments and educating patients on proper oral hygiene.
The successful candidate will maintain accurate clinical records adhere to infection control and safety standards collaborate with dentists and team members and deliver compassionate patient-centered care.
Schedule
- Full-time or part-time
- Open and flexible to preferred days and hours
- Available hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am to5:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am to5:00pm
Compensation & Benefits
- Wage: $65/hour (minimum production target applies; achievable and clearly explained during onboarding)
- Benefits: Health Spending Account of $1500 per year (flexible use)
Requirements
- Registered Dental Hygienist with an active license under BCCOHP
