Are you an experienced Mechanical Operator looking for a stable hands-on role in a structured manufacturing environment
Due to continued growth we are recruiting for multiple Mechanical Operator positions in our Letterkenny site.
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established operation supporting manufacturing processes through the safe operation of machinery monitoring quality output and meeting daily production targets. The role suits reliable detail-focused individuals with a strong safety mindset.
Key responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor process performance and quality output.
- Carry out routine machine setup adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.
- Report equipment faults production issues and deviations.
- Support the team in achieving daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean safe and organised working environment.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety and Quality procedures.
- Participate in shift work and overtime as required.

Essential Skills Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience operating machinery or equipment in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work to operating procedures
- Good attention to detail with a strong quality focus
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Desirable Skills Qualifications/Experience:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude or experience with electromechanical systems
- Previous shift work experience
