Job Summary
EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for anEngineer/HVAC Mechanic in Arlington VA. This position is covered by the CBA for Local 99.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct a routine and on-going assess of the building systems operations.
- Perform tests tours and analyzes data to assure the proper operation of building machinery.
- Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on building equipment machinery and components located in the interior or exterior of the building.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a current CFC Universal License
- Must have 3 6 years experience as a Building Engineer in a commercial environment.
- Must have EMS experience.
- Must be able to work any shift assigned.
- Must be to work weekends.
- Must be able to work overtime.
- Must be able to work safely.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Must be willing to adhere to company policies.
Physical Demands:
- Work requires an abundance of walking bending kneeling and working in uncomfortable positions.
