• University background inOrganisationalPsychology Human Resources or AI Technology (or equivalent MSc-level studies)

• You have an excellent command of Englishbothwritten and spoken;

• Curious about how people adapt to change and excited to explore the human side of AI adoption

• Affinity with innovation and technology especially AI

• Strong communicationand collaboration skills

• Enjoys working with diverse teams and meeting new people

• Motivated to helporganisationsembrace AI and drive transformation

• Solid research and analytical skills to support evidence-based insights and recommendations
