Job Description
Were looking for a Content Moderator to help shape and support a thriving creator ecosystem built around player made worlds and interactive this role youll be at the heart of a creator programme reviewing new gameplay submissions collaborating closely with creators and helping raise the overall quality bar of what gets released to players around the world.
Youll act as both a quality gatekeeper and a trusted partner to creators offering constructive feedback testing experiences hands on and supporting the community through ongoing dialogue digital channels and regular live sessions.
What Youll Do
- Review new and updated gameplay experiences to ensure they meet quality guidelines best practices and creative standards
- Playtest submissions validate functionality explore edge cases and suggest meaningful improvements
- Provide clear thoughtful feedback to creators and help them evolve their work towards shared quality goals
- Build strong relationships within the creator community and act as a go to person for questions around submissions releases and programme updates
- Support and coordinate content releases ensuring only polished well tested experiences go live
What You Bring
- A deep understanding of sandbox style gameplay player driven worlds and core gameplay loops
- Experience working with creator communities and a genuine interest in engaging with creators on a daily basis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to Have
- Experience in quality assurance or software testing
- Background in game design level design or interactive experience design
