1820 Spirits/Boston Brands of Maine located in Lewiston Maine is part of the Sazerac family of companies. 1820 Spririts operates a state-of-the-art facility on ten acres with the capacity of seven bottling lines. Job Description/Responsibilities
Lead and support all maintenance activities including bottling lines facility grounds and special projects. Organize workload for hourly technicians and manage work quality for areas of responsibility. Responsible for anticipating and communicating relevant issues to manager and for keeping machinery runtime at optimum level. Effectively communicate interdepartmentally to ensure highest machine efficiency.
Schedule: 2-2-3 schedule working on our night crew (5:45pm 6am)
Qualifications/Requirements
MUST
- Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
- Ability to communicate with all levels of an org
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Requires Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment
- 3 years relevant experience (minimum)
PREFERRED
- Apprenticeship program technical school or associates degree
- 12 months Continuous growth in each position
- 3 years Supervisory experience
- 3 years hands on electrical experience Allen Bradley PLC programming and hardware experience equipment trouble shooting experience
