ere Hiring: Manufacturing Quality Technician
Location: Polkton NC

Are you someone who takes pride in accuracy consistency and high-quality workmanship Were looking for a detail-oriented Manufacturing Quality Technician to support our production team by ensuring products meet internal standards and customer requirements.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on inspection work data analysis and collaborating with production and engineering teams to maintain and improve product quality.
What Youll Be Doing
Perform in-process and final inspections of manufactured parts and assemblies
Measure components using calipers tape measures micrometers and other precision instruments
Record track and analyze inspection data using Microsoft Excel
Prepare quality reports charts and trend analyses as needed
Communicate inspection results and quality concerns with production engineering and quality teams
Assist with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action efforts
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer specifications
Your attention to detail will play a key role in maintaining product reliability and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
What Were Looking For
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel (formulas pivot tables data analysis)
Hands-on experience using quality inspection tools and measuring instruments
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality assurance practices
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
2 years of experience in a manufacturing quality technician or similar role
Familiarity with ISO or other quality management systems
