Currently we are looking for the position of Cloud Specialist 2 ( Hyderabad Location ) . We are accepting applications from Hyderabad location only.

The shift is non-rotational and set working hours is of 3p.m EST 11P.M EST. During the training period the individual hired will work 8a.m 4p.m EST.

The Cloud Systems Specialist is responsible for the management of cloud systems that store transfer and protect the security of important customer data including importing and exporting processes.

Responsibilities

Configure script install upgrade troubleshoot and manage file transfer systems and servers with minimal oversight
Manage more advanced customer data storage through disk groups and application data. Create tickets for troubleshooting.
Create back files extracts and migrations for customer related data
Monitor and respond to customer data storage alerts for risk management. Evaluate to determine root cause.
Test configure and assist with onboarding new cloud solutions to the product line and acquired products with minimal oversight
Document installation and deployment procedures troubleshooting guides naming conventions and standards
Respond to customers and internal teams requesting assistance with resolving problems or requests
Validate data of customer audit reports to ensure proper controls are utilized.
Assist with documentation including reports and compliance requirements focusing on internal compliance with processes and procedures
Conduct cross-functional windows maintenance disaster recovery and fail overs through testing various scenarios to ensure customer data is protected.

Basic Qualifications

Associates degree or equivalent experience
Two (2) year technical degree
Experience in a computer support related field with
Good data gathering interviewing and analytical/problem solving skills
Good oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
Attentive to detail as demonstrated by regularly verifying all work thoroughly to ensure accuracy
Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion
Good collaboration skills applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
Demonstrated ability to influence motivate and mobilize team members and business partners
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Good ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact
Microsoft Windows and Office proficient
Up to 10% travel time required
