Team Red Dog is seeking an entry-level AI Industry Research Analyst to support a Fortune 100 technology leader shaping next-generation AI-powered content experiences within Microsoft 365. This onsite role in Redmond WA offers hands-on exposure to cutting-edge AI tools structured evaluation workflows and real-world impact on how AI enhances presentation and slide creation across industries.

Opportunity Overview:
This role sits at the intersection of AI research content operations and product evaluation supporting how AI-generated presentations and slide edits are tested reviewed and refined. You will play a critical role in ensuring evaluation runs are executed accurately outputs are organized for review and insights are surfaced quickly to product teams influencing Microsoft PowerPoint and related experiences.

How you will make an impact:
Configure and maintain testing environments across a variety of public-facing AI tools.
Execute structured test prompts according to detailed run plans provided by the product team.
Capture AI-generated outputs including slides decks images and text in required formats.
Apply consistent file naming conventions and organize outputs in OneDrive or SharePoint for traceability.
Track progress against evaluation run lists to ensure full coverage of scenarios.
Monitor AI tool updates and document changes that may impact evaluation results over time.
Communicate status updates risks and system issues clearly and proactively to stakeholders.
Support industry analysis by staying current on AI trends releases and community insights.

The expertise you bring:
Bachelors degree in a technical operational or related field or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in technical operations research support or production workflows in a digital or software environment.
Hands-on experience using a variety of AI tools and familiarity with evolving AI industry trends.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience managing files and workflows using OneDrive and SharePoint.
Clear written and verbal communication skills with a process-driven mindset.
