You bring experience in top tier management consulting or a comparable fast-paced environment

As a Revenue Strategy Manager at Roadsurfer youll drive highimpact strategic initiatives and topline growth across the business. Working closely with all departments youll lead strategic projects in the commercial team build scalable analytical frameworks and turn data into actionable insights that improve revenue performance and profitability.

This role is perfect for someone with a consulting background who wants to have real impact in a high-paced environment and contribute directly to Roadsurfers future success.

The role - your passion

Lead and take end-to-end ownership of crossfunctional strategic initiatives and commercially relevant projects.

Evaluate the commercial impact of planned measures derive strategic recommendations and support leadership in decision-making and prioritization.

Shape the longterm revenue strategy ensuring initiatives are aligned with growth and profitability goals.

Collaborate across multiple teams (Operations Marketing Product Data) to resolve complex and crossfunctional topics.

Analyse revenue performance uncover growth drivers and identify improvement opportunities and derive actionable recommendations.

Build automate and maintain scalable analytical frameworks dashboards and reporting processes.

What You Need To Surf The Wave With Us

You bring 2 years of experience in top tier management consulting or a comparable fast-paced environment (private equity investment banking or venture capital).

A completed Bachelors degree in Business Management Finance or a related discipline is required; a Masters degree or comparable qualification is preferred.

You have strong analytical skills and the ability to put complex information and ideas into clear and actionable recommendations.

You have outstanding communication skills enabling you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

You bring a handson executiondriven mindset and the tenacity to turn ideas into tangible results.

Excellent English (must have) & German (nice to have) skills both spoken as well as written.

You are willing to work on-site in the Munich office.
