Program Highlights:

  • Comprehensive Training:Interns begin with a structured onboarding and training program that covers coresalesprinciplesorganization-specific systems and best practices. This comprehensive training will be the foundation of a successful summer at Enterprise Mobility and beyond.
  • RealSalesExperience:Interns will work alongside ourBusiness Solution Managers SalesDirectors and Officersplaying a key role inpreparinghigh-stakesbusinessconversations with our top partners.
  • Mentorship & Feedback:Each internreceivesguidance support and regular feedback to foster growth and development throughout the program.
  • Professional Development:Interns are expected todemonstrateprofessionalism in all interactions andmaintaina high levelof attention to detail and confidentiality. Time management skills are essential as interns willbe responsible formeeting deadlines and balancing multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

OurReplacement & Leisure Division Internship is ahands-onengaging program whereyoullgainreal-world experience learn new skills and have funwhile contributing tomeaningful projects.Youllreceive coaching mentorship and plenty of opportunities to network and grow.As part of theReplacement & Leisureteamyoullsee how we partner with customers who need rental cars.Youllhelp with projects and specialinitiatives share ideas and learn how strategies are developed to strengthen these partnerships.

Schedule:

This 12-week internship will begin on May 182026and will conclude onAugust 7 2026.The internship program islocatedon-site at our Global Headquarters at 700 Corporate Park Drive Clayton MO.You must be available to work a 40-hour work week for the entire12weeks workingin the officeMonday through Friday.This role pays $20/hour.

Over the course of the 12-week internship experience you will have the opportunity to:

  • Strengthensales and contract negotiationskills-Developexpertisein sales strategies and negotiation to drive successful client partnerships
  • Help us make an impact in customer meetings-Youll createpolished documentscompellingmaterials and professional presentations thatshowcaseour value and drive business growth
  • Buildand share reports that matter-Format and deliver reports for the Account Manager and leadership giving them the insights they need
  • CreateProfessionalCommunication-Assistwithsending letters emailsagendasandcoordination of business reviews.
  • Drive impactful account initiatives-Take ownership of small to medium-sized projects that help strengthen customer relationships and boost account performance
  • Gain Exposure to seniorleaders-Presentkey findings project outcomes and recommendations to leadership providing valuable visibility and experience communicating with decision-makers.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must be a rising college senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in an applicable Bachelors degree program set to graduate between December 2026 June 2027
  • Must be a permanent resident of greater St. Louis Missouri or be attending a St. Louis based university
  • Must be able to work Monday - Friday 40 hours per week from May 18th - August 7th 2026
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
