Front Office Team Leader (Season 2026)

At Santa Marina a Luxury Collection Resort Mykonos every guest experience is crafted through care attention and meaningful connections. As our Front Office Team Leader you will elevate every guest journey ensuring arrivals interactions and departures are seamless personal and unforgettable.

You will lead and inspire the Front Office team on shift creating an environment where exceptional service flows naturally. Engaging with guests anticipating their needs and resolving requests with warmth and professionalism you will guide the team to deliver service that consistently embodies the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead Front Desk team during assigned shifts providing guidance support and motivation to ensure seamless operations
  • Conduct regular briefings and meetings to communicate updates priorities and important information.
  • Ensure all Front Desk operations and guest interactions consistently reflect and uphold The Luxury Collection by Marriott brand standards delivering refined culturally immersive and personalized experiences aligned with luxury service expectations
  • Assist in training new Front Desk associates and provide ongoing coaching and development to enhance team performance
  • Welcome guests warmly ensuring smooth and personalized check-in and check-out experiences
  • Handle guest inquiries requests and concerns promptly and professionally ensuring a positive resolution and exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Oversee and ensure timely fulfillment of guest requests special arrangements and personalized services
  • Manage daily Front Desk operations including room assignments key control and cash handling procedures
  • Monitor guest accounts billing and payments for accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and resolve issues efficiently
  • Uphold the highest standards of service excellence consistently maintaining brand standards policies and procedures



Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Tourism or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel or at least 3 years experience in a Front Desk or Guest Service role in a luxury property. Previous experience within another Marriott property is considered a strong asset
  • Strong knowledge of Opera PMS or similar property management systems
  • Proven commitment to excellence consistently delivering memorable guest experiences
  • Self-motivated enthusiastic and guest-focused with a genuine passion for exceptional service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to engage effectively with guests colleagues and management
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities capable of prioritizing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English additional language skills are an advantage
  • All applicants must hold the legal right to work in Greece
