Description
  • Address: Suffolk Fire & Rescue Training Centre Wattisham Flying Station Great Bricett IP7 7RA but required to work Service wide.
  • Salary: Crew Manager or Watch Manager
  • Hours: 42 per week (working a Nine day fortnight) flexible working options available
  • Contract: Permanent (Potential Temporary Development positions will also be available)

Your role and responsibilities

  • You will work closely with and support OTD Watch Managers and department manager
  • Ensuring readiness of OTD resources and equipment is a daily requirement
  • You may be required to act as a department representative at meetings as appropriate such as operational change working groups etc
  • Evaluate all training and development activity provide constructive feedback and act on feedback received.
  • You will ensure the health safety and welfare of all personnel.
  • You will be involved in all aspects of Operational training from planning testing through to delivery inline with National Operational Guidance.
