Job Summary
We have an exciting role on offer within our Adult Social Care and Healthas a Practice Lead / Lead Auditor.
We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced social worker to join our Quality and Practice Team as a Practice Lead / Lead Auditor. This is your chance to lead inspire and shape the future of adult social care in Middlesbrough.

To be successful in this role you need:
BA SW DIP SW or equivalent professional social work qualification.
Evidence of social work specific post qualification training.
Practice Educator Qualification or equivalent teaching/coaching qualification/ or experience.
You will:
Be an experienced social worker and hold a practice educator award or working towards completion of the award.
Lead and model excellent social work practice grounded in evidence-based approaches research and statutory guidance.
Drive practice and case audit activity ensuring learning translates into real improvements and measurable impact for the people we support.
Take ownership of the learning curriculum for our brand-new Adult Social Care Academy helping colleagues grow and thrive.
Champion Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) alongside the Principal Social Worker.
Promote a conversational approach to practicebuilding trust listening deeply and working collaboratively with adults and their families to achieve the best outcomes.
