Job Summary
Your mission:
To reinforce the Synechron Switzerland team we are looking for an IT Process Analyst. Our mission is for one of our clients a Private Bank in Geneva.
You will be part of the delivery team as an IT Process Analyst responsible for analyzing documenting and improving end-to-end operational processes related to funds mandates and distribution activities.
Your responsibilities:
- Mapping and documenting key business processes related to funds and mandates investor onboarding and KYC account opening and mandate lifecycle events.
- Analyzing current-state processes to identify bottlenecks control gaps failure points and improvement opportunities and proposing pragmatic and efficient solutions.
- Leading and supporting process improvement automation and digitalization initiatives (RPA AI workflow automation data integration) including requirements gathering UAT coordination implementation post-go-live monitoring and daily support activities.
- Providing ad-hoc business analysis and impact assessments for new product launches and distribution initiatives.
- Supporting change management activities by preparing training materials running workshops and training operations and distribution teams on new or revised processes.
Qualifications :
Your profile and skills:
- You hold a Masters degree in Economics Finance Engineering or a related field.
- You have relevant experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst within fund administration transfer agency fund operations or fund distribution acquired at an asset manager bank or fund administrator.
- You demonstrate an understanding of fund products and structures (UCITS AIFs SICAVs and other collective investment schemes) as well as fund accounting principles and lifecycle events.
- You are experienced in drafting epics and user stories and facilitating story mapping workshops with diverse stakeholders.
- You have experience working in agile environments and applying agile methodologies.
- You possess expertise in process mapping and process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma BPM) with experience driving end-to-end process transformations.
- You are proficient in data extraction and analysis tools (Excel SQL Swagger Tableau or other BI tools) and are familiar with data mastering systems.
- You are familiar with automation solutions such as RPA workflow engines and BPM tools.
- You demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You speak English and French fluently.
- You have a Swiss Residency.
