Job Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Scheduler to join our team in Christchurch New this role you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities for our facilities and equipment to ensure efficient operations and minimize downtime.
- Plan and coordinate planned and unplanned maintenance activities
- Manage preventative and corrective maintenance programmes
- Maintain accurate records in our CMMS (work orders asset history and reporting)
- Be the link between the workshop and operations teams
Qualifications :
The key to your success in this role will be someone with personal motivation and exceptional interpersonal skills as well as excellent written and verbal abilities. You are known for your excellent communication skills both verbal and written proven IT skills and can plan and juggle multiple priorities. Key skills will include:
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- A commitment to safety quality and teamwork
- Reliability and willingness to learn and adapt
- NZ work rights or suitable visa pathways
