About the Role:
We are seeking an entry-level recruiter to join our internal hiring team in Stamford CT. This is a full-time in-person position focused on supporting hiring for our sales and marketing teams across the Northeast.
No prior experience required - just a strong work ethic a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Youll be responsible for sourcing candidates conducting interviews and working closely with Sales Managers and HR to meet monthly hiring goals.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a long-term career in recruiting HR or operations with a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Source screen and interview job applicants
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews
- Collaborate with sales managers to understand hiring targets
- Track and report hiring metrics
- Help ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process
What Were Looking For:
- No recruiting experience required - well train the right person
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized professional and goal-oriented
- Strong team player with a student mentality
- Must be available to work on-site at our Stamford CT office
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (9AM-5PM)
- Full-time in-person

Compensation: On-Target Earning: Salary bonus (Depending on experience)
- Salary: starting at $40k annually (based on experience)
