Job Summary

Automotive Service Advisor required near Watford

up to 32000 basic salary

Monday to Friday only

Our client an expanding Automotive Specialist is now recruiting for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and become an integral part of the Service Department making sure each customer leaves satisfied and with no stone unturned. With an already great reputation the business is seeking a like minded colleague to continue this success and its provision to the local area as the best Automotive service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting customers and scheduling services
Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
Providing additional services including service plans
Maintain high standards of inventory management and parts ordering.

To be considered for the role you will require Automotive service experience from an Independent Service Centre or Main Dealer.
