Job Summary
- Operative Betreuung und Unterstützung externer Vertriebspartner im Tagesgeschäft
- Tägliche Steuerung und Nachverfolgung des Sales Flows (z. B. Leads Termine Abschlüsse)
- Monitoring von Performance- und Auslastungskennzahlen
- Pflege und Auswertung von Reportings und Dashboards
- Unterstützung bei strukturierten Onboardings neuer Vertriebspartner
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Partner Managern und internen Teams
Qualifications :
- Erste praktische Erfahrung im Vertrieb Sales Operations Business Operations oder einem ähnlichen Bereich (z. B. Praktikum Werkstudent)
- Hohe Zahlenaffinität und Spaß an operativer Arbeit
- Grundverständnis von Vertriebsprozessen und Sales Funnels
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel / Google Sheets; CRM-Erfahrung von Vorteil aber kein Muss
- Strukturierte zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Hands-on Mentalität: Du packst mit an und willst lernen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1-C2)
