Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical EHS Coordinator to join our team in Monterrey Mexico. As an EHS Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization maintains the highest standards of environmental health and safety practices.

Develop implement and maintain EHS programs and policies to ensure compliance with local and international regulations
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace
Lead incident investigations perform root cause analyses and recommend corrective actions
Provide EHS training to employees at all levels of the organization
Monitor and analyze EHS performance metrics preparing reports for management
Collaborate with various departments to integrate EHS best practices into daily operations
Manage and maintain EHS documentation including permits safety data sheets and training records
Stay up-to-date with changes in EHS regulations and industry best practices
Coordinate with regulatory agencies and represent the company during EHS audits and inspections
Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Environmental Science Occupational Health and Safety or a related field
3-5 years of experience in EHS roles preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
Relevant EHS certifications (e.g. OSHA ISO 14001 ISO 45001)
In-depth knowledge of local and international EHS regulations and standards
Proficiency in EHS management systems and software platforms
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and Spanish
Demonstrated ability to conduct risk assessments hazard identification and incident investigations
Experience in developing and delivering EHS training programs
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and EHS-specific software
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in EHS performance
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
