Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage security operations and administrative tasks ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the branch.
- Access request management
- Handle client inquiries and communications
- KPI tracking
- On/Off-boarding
- Shift scheduling
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications :
- Relevant experience from the security industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be willing to participate in the companys screening process prior to employment including drug screening and background check
- Completed and passed security guard training
- Good communication skills
- Must be fluent in both Norwegian and English both spoken and written
- Satisfactory conduct/vandel (jf. Lov om vaktvirksomhet)
Special Requirements:
Must be able to work with a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays for example during an emergency or crisis.
Additional Information :
Working hours are primarily Monday to Friday (08:00 - 16:00) but you must be flexible when needed. The position requires you to have a Class B drivers license.
