You will oversee 23 backend squads shaping long-term microservices architecture using Java 21 and AWS. This role balances strategic technical leadership with hands-on mentorship to drive engineering excellence security and scalable system design.

Has a proven track record of leading multiple teams within cloud-native environments specifically utilizing AWS Kubernetes and Spring Boot.
Demonstrates excellent communication skills to bridge technical trade-offs with product priorities for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
