Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring QA team members and reinforcing testing best practices
- Defining and implementing QA strategies test plans and test cases for complex projects
- Collaborating with Development Product and DevOps to align on quality standards
- Performing manual functional regression and integration testing
- Developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Playwright and/or RestAssured
- Managing test execution coverage and reporting using XRay or similar tools
- Identifying documenting and tracking defects through resolution
- Continuously improving QA processes tools and automation coverage
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance including manual and automated testing
- 1 year of QA automation experience using Playwright and/or RestAssured
- Hands-on experience with XRay for test management
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies tools and processes
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated leadership/mentoring ability
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
