About the Role
We are seeking a senior engineering leader to own and evolve the foundational Platform & Infrastructure powering our global product ecosystem. This leader will drive cloud architecture distributed systems and large-scale data platforms that enable scalability reliability and AI-first innovation.
This role combines deep technical platform ownership with broader regional engineering addition to stewarding our infrastructure you will accelerate product velocity enable Generative AI capabilities at the platform layer and ensure global scalability of our technology systems.
You will serve as the senior-most engineering leader in India partnering closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to drive long-term technology strategy leadership development and execution excellence across the region.
What Youll Own
End-to-end ownership of Platform & Infrastructure engineering (AWS architecture reliability scalability)
Leadership of large-scale data platform operating at PB-scale and processing trillions of data points daily
Generative AI enablement at the platform layer to power AI-driven product innovation
Engineering excellence across distributed systems SRE DevOps observability and developer productivity
Regional engineering leadership across India
Executive alignment with SLT on long-term technology strategy
What Youll Do
Lead global teams across platform engineering infrastructure cloud operations integrations and SRE
Define and execute long-term AWS cloud strategy focused on availability security performance and cost optimization
Scale distributed systems architecture to support global growth and AI workloads
Improve developer velocity through internal platforms tooling and automation
Build and mentor senior engineering leaders; strengthen high-performance culture in India
Drive change leadership during periods of growth and transformation
Partner cross-functionally with Product Security and Engineering to align technical priorities with business goals

What Were Looking For
15 years of engineering experience including 7 years in senior leadership roles
Proven leadership of large-scale Platform & Infrastructure organizations
Deep expertise in AWS distributed systems cloud-native architecture and SRE
Experience operating PB-scale data platforms
Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI platform enablement
Track record of scaling engineering teams in high-growth SaaS environments
Strong executive presence with experience partnering at SLT or board level
Demonstrated ability to develop senior engineering leaders and build high-performance culture
Strong business acumen and long-range strategic thinking
