Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist/Manager to lead B2B marketing campaign management and marketing automation proficiency. This position integrates MarTech data AI support and multi-channel implementation. It guarantees campaign delivery is scalable high-quality and data-driven while maintaining Adobes brand and operational standards.
The ideal candidate brings robust direct experience in Marketing Automation Platforms Customer Data Platforms campaign orchestration and AI enablement coupled with a clear understanding of data workflows and activation.
What Youll Do (Responsibilities)
Campaign & Marketing Operations
- Manage the full lifecycle of B2B marketing campaigns including oversight control and improvement.
- Manage campaign operations planning production QA deployment and reporting.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales Product Marketing Analytics Content Creative) to operationalize marketing strategies at scale.
- Maintain Adobe marketing guidelines naming conventions governance and standard procedures in campaign execution.
MarTech & Automation
- Complete and manage customer journeys and segmentation using:
- Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) platform
- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP / AEP RT-CDP) technology
- Marketo Engage
- Workfront
- Workfront Fusion (preferred)
- Marketo-Adobe integrations and automation flows.
- Enable personalization and automation with audience segmentation triggers and cross-channel activations.
AI & Gen AI Activation
- Drive Generative AI enablement for marketing use cases content acceleration and personalization at scale.
- Support internal teams with timely engineering AI campaign ideation and automation frameworks.
- Having experience in Adobe Firefly Services Content Accelerator and AI-enhanced campaign production is highly beneficial.
Data & Engineering Knowledge
- Practical experience or solid knowledge of:
- SQL for audience analysis customer insights and data validation.
- Databricks / Databricks SQL Data Lakes and structured data environments.
- Python (plus not mandatory) for automation data transformation or analytics.
- Data platforms like Databricks Snowflake or BigQuery (Databricks preferred).
- Familiarity with customer data models schema building data transformation and activation pipelines.

- Deep expertise in campaign production marketing governance and automation workflows.
- Solid grasp of data segmentation data validation and audience activation.
- Ability to operate with high ownership precision and cross-team collaboration.
- Knowledge of SQL is required; Python is a plus.
- Experience with the Adobe ecosystem (AJO AEP Marketo Workfront) is preferred.
- Passion for AI enablement in marketing and scaling personalization.
