Key Responsibilities / 主要職責

Monitor and operate electrical systems across High Voltage (HV) Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) networks to ensure stable and reliable power supply.

Perform routine inspections preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for electrical equipment including 161kV substations transformers switchgears emergency generators and UPS systems.
執行電力設備的例行檢查預防保養及故障排除涵蓋161kV變電站變壓器開關設備緊急發電機及UPS系統
Respond promptly to electrical alarms and emergencies ensuring minimal impact on production and safety.
迅速應對電力警報及緊急狀況確保對生產及安全的影響降至最低
Support commissioning and start-up activities for new electrical installations and system upgrades.
協助新電力設備安裝及系統升級的試車與啟動作業
Maintain accurate logs and reports of electrical system status incidents and maintenance activities.
維護電力系統狀態事件及維護活動的準確紀錄與報告
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve power quality issues and implement corrective actions.
與跨部門團隊合作解決電力品質問題並執行改善措施
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 IATF 16949 and site-specific safety and operational standards.
確保符合ISO 9001IATF 16949及廠區安全與操作標準
Participate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives and continuous improvement programs to enhance system reliability.
參與TPM全員生產保養及持續改善計畫以提升系統可靠度
Operate SCADA systems retrieve abnormal data trends and perform fault interpretation for electrical equipment and power systems.
操作SCADA系統撈取異常數據曲線並進行故障判讀適用於電氣設備及電力系統

Qualifications / 資格要求

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (required).
電機工程或相關領域學士學位必須
35 years of experience in electrical systems operation and maintenance; semiconductor or advanced manufacturing experience preferred.
具35年電力系統操作與維護經驗具半導體或先進製造業經驗者優先
Fresh graduates with a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields or other science and engineering disciplines are welcome to apply.

Familiar with HV/MV/LV systems emergency generators UPS systems and Taiwan Power Company interface.

Basic knowledge of SMART monitoring systems and predictive maintenance tools is a plus.

Strong sense of responsibility teamwork and communication skills; basic English proficiency preferred.

Willingness to work in shifts and handle on-call duties as required.
