Key Responsibilities / 主要職責

Monitor and operate HVAC systems for semiconductor cleanrooms and facility areas to ensure stable environmental conditions for production including Chilled Water Heating Water Makeup Air Recirculation Air Exhaust CDA (Clean Dry Air) PV (Process Vacuum) and General HVAC systems.
監控並操作半導體無塵室及廠務區域的空調系統確保生產環境穩定涵蓋冷凍水熱水新風循環風排氣CDA潔淨乾燥空氣PV製程真空及一般空調系統
Perform routine inspections preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for HVAC equipment such as AHUs chillers pumps cooling towers and control systems.
執行空調設備的例行檢查預防保養及故障排除包含空調箱冰水機泵浦冷卻水塔及控制系統
Respond promptly to HVAC alarms and emergencies to minimize impact on production and environmental conditions.
迅速應對空調警報及緊急狀況確保對生產及環境條件的影響降至最低
Support commissioning and start-up activities for new HVAC installations and system upgrades.
協助新空調設備安裝及系統升級的試車與啟動作業
Maintain accurate logs and reports of HVAC system status incidents and maintenance activities.
維護空調系統狀態事件及維護活動的準確紀錄與報告
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve temperature humidity and airflow issues and implement corrective actions.
與跨部門團隊合作解決溫度濕度及風量問題並執行改善措施
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 IATF 16949 and site-specific safety and operational standards.
確保符合 ISO 9001IATF 16949 及廠區安全與操作標準
Participate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives and continuous improvement programs to enhance system reliability.
參與 TPM 全員生產保養及持續改善計畫以提升系統可靠度

Qualifications / 資格要求

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred); equivalent work experience considered.
機械工程或相關領域學士學位優先具同等工作經驗者可考慮
Fresh graduates with a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields or other science and engineering disciplines are welcome to apply.

35 years of experience in HVAC systems operation and maintenance; semiconductor or advanced manufacturing experience preferred.

Familiar with chilled water systems AHUs pumps cooling towers and HVAC control systems.
熟悉冷凍水系統空調箱泵浦冷卻水塔及空調控制系統
Ability to perform troubleshooting under pressure and respond to emergencies effectively.

Basic knowledge of SMART monitoring systems and predictive maintenance tools is a plus.
