Quality Assurance Clerk
$18.50/hour
We are looking for an organized and detail oriented Quality Assurance Clerk to join and support the administrative responsibilities for our residential team at STAR Inc. Our ideal candidate has excellent computer skills with a strong background in the Microsoft Office suite of products has clear and effective communication skills and an attention to detail necessary to be effective in this role.

A Day in the Life of the Quality Assurance Clerk:
In this position you would play a key role supporting our residential team by helping to ensure record keeping and documentation is up to date. You will serve as a liaison between our QA Coordinators and the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) to facilitate the proper submittal of required documents and provide appropriate feedback when necessary. You will also coordinate with residential house managers for timely submittal of records.
This position is critical to the effectiveness of the residential team as it manages the folw of data between STAR and state agencies to ensure compliance with daily operations within our residential facilities.
Qualifications for the Job:
High School Diploma or its equivalent.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook) required
Schedule:
Full Time Monday-Friday.
