Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Functional Consultant to support an ongoing SAP S/4HANA implementation and optimization program. The role will involve working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements design solutions configure the system and support end-to-end delivery across SAP PM and related modules.

This position is ideal for a senior consultant who is confident leading workstreams driving functional best practices and contributing to both project delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver SAP PM functional consulting across implementation development and optimization activities
Gather business requirements run workshops and translate needs into functional solutions aligned to project standards
Create functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and integrations
Configure SAP PM processes including:

Plant Maintenance master data
Maintenance notifications
Maintenance orders
Preventive maintenance and maintenance plans
Maintenance scheduling
Refurbishment process

Ensure solution design and configuration meet client standards documentation requirements and testing readiness
Support testing phases (SIT/UAT) defect resolution cutover preparation and go-live readiness
Provide leadership and guidance to functional team members within the PM workstream
Collaborate closely with other modules especially MM and PP to ensure end-to-end process integration
Support creation of project documentation including process flows functional specs training materials and user guides
Contribute to proposals and RFP responses when required

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 10 years of SAP consulting and/or industry experience
Minimum 5 years of full lifecycle SAP implementations (end-to-end delivery)
Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) implementation experience
SAP S/4HANA Asset Management is required (hands-on project experience)
Strong expertise in SAP PM configuration and end-to-end maintenance processes
Strong integration understanding across SAP MM and SAP PP
Experience delivering against client standards structured documentation and governance requirements
Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written)

Required S/4HANA Asset Management & Intelligent Asset Management Knowledge

The consultant must have experience in:

SAP S/4HANA Asset Management
SAP Intelligent Asset Management including:

SAP AIN (Asset Intelligence Network)
SAP ASPM (Asset Strategy and Performance Management)
SAP PAI (Predictive Asset Insights)

Additional Skills (Advantage)

SAP Field Service Management in the S/4HANA environment
Pre-sales exposure including proposals and RFP response development
