Job Summary
Live the Dash Travel is seeking a Travel Experience Specialist (Luxury & Leisure) to support clients in planning and managing exceptional travel experiences. This fully remote role focuses on delivering high-quality service personalized client support and seamless coordination before during and after each trip.
You will work closely with clients to ensure every detail is handled with professionalism attention to detail and a commitment to excellencewhile working remotely from home.
What Youll Do

Provide responsive professional client support via phone email and online messaging

Assist with luxury and leisure travel reservations itinerary updates and special accommodations

Communicate important travel details documentation requirements and agency policies

Monitor bookings for accuracy and follow up to confirm client satisfaction

Resolve client questions or concerns with care and a solutions-focused approach

Maintain organized client records and update internal systems as needed
What Were Looking For

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Customer service experience; travel hospitality or related experience preferred

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

High level of organization and attention to detail
