Position Summary:
Village Caregiving is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide high-quality personalized in-home care to our clients in the Paulding area. As an HHA you will play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives comfort and independence of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming and mobility

• Provide companionship emotional support and meaningful engagement

• Follow individualized care plans tailored to each clients needs

• Perform light housekeeping tasks and assist with meal preparation

• Ensure a safe clean and supportive home environment

Qualifications:

• Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state of Ohio

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate patient and empathetic demeanor

• Ability to work independently and responsibly in clients homes
