Role Overview

As a Freelance Recruiter youll work closely with our international team to source engage and guide candidates throughout the hiring process. Youll manage your own schedule giving you full flexibility to focus on what matters mostidentifying top talent for global roles from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities

Source screen and assess qualified candidates for international positions
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate fit based on client requirements
Manage and maintain organized candidate pipelines and accurate records
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an efficient and seamless hiring process
Serve as a trusted point of contact for candidates providing clear and supportive communication
Adapt recruitment strategies to client needs and evolving market conditions

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment
Previous freelance experience and strong self-management skills
Comfort working with flexible performance-based schedules
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
EU citizenship or the ability to invoice as a freelancer within Europe
