Associate Analyst, Third Party Diligence

Join the Thomson Reuters enterprise Risk Management function part of Risk & Compliance to help build deploy and operate a TR diligence capability focusing on identifying risks associated with selling products and provisioning access to TR content and intellectual property.

About the Role

As a Associate Analyst Third Party Diligence you will:

• Execute third party diligence including identity verification customer partner and supplier screening engagement-level risk assessments etc. following a defined processes and utilising dedicated tooling.

• Identify and escalate materially relevant issues identified as part of your day-to-day duty.

• Work closely with members of the broader organization including Risk & Compliance Sales Sourcing and Procurement Accounts Payable and other business functions to ensure smooth process delivery and timely escalation.

• Contribute to the development and delivery of the enterprise-wide Third Party Risk Management program and the associated projects.

About you

You are fit for the role of Third Party Diligence Associate Analyst if you background includes:

• Youre naturally curious eager to learn and grow. Youre comfortable with ambiguity and strive for excellence. You have a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

• You understand risk and compliance sales sourcing contract management payment processes due diligence objectives etc.

• You speak fluent English communicate effectively and efficiently.

• Youre capable of following guidelines and instructions but have a keen eye to spot areas where improvement is possible.

• You have experience with managing stakeholders while working in a global complex environment.

• Ideally you have good working knowledge of KYC AML anti-fraud sanctions checks etc.

• Preferred: Microsoft power automate Power BI API interoperability data structure design and technology automation skills are of great benefit.
