About the Role
As a Room Attendant youll help deliver great Guest experiences by keeping guest rooms clean comfortable and wellpresented. Youll work independently or as part of a team with clear guidance and support every step of the way. This role suits people who enjoy staying active working to a routine and taking pride in a job well done.
What Youll Be Doing
- Cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard
- Changing and replenishing bed linen towels and guest amenities
- Vacuuming guest rooms and corridors
- Completing regular deepcleaning tasks
- Restocking and maintaining your cleaning trolley each day
- Reporting any maintenance issues or damaged items to your Supervisor
- Ensuring all equipment is used safely and kept in good working order
- Managing Guest requests politely and efficiently
- Following health safety security and hygiene procedures
- Disposing of waste correctly and working in an environmentally responsible way
- Assisting other teams when required and working cooperatively with colleagues
