Overview:
A thriving outpatient orthopedic clinic in Seattle WA is hiring a Physical Therapist to join a collaborative and supportive team. Full-time availability (40 hours/week) is preferred though clinicians available for at least 32 hours per week will be considered.
We are seeking Physical Therapists with energetic and infectious personalities!
New graduates are encouraged to apply and will be fully supported through mentorship and training.
Caseload / Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting treating patients of all ages with a general orthopedic caseload. A womens health caseload is also available and may be structured as 100% Womens Health or a combination of womens health and general orthopedics based on the clinicians preference. Opportunities to develop a specialty and pursue advanced certifications are strongly encouraged and fully supported.
Full-time PTs should expect to treat up to 45 patients per week with 2 hours of developmental time allowed.
Compensation:
The compensation for this full-time position will start in the range of $88000.00-$100000.00 depending on experience and qualifications. A team bonus program based on clinic performance is available.

Work Schedule:
The clinic is open Monday-Thursday: 7a-7p Friday 7a-2p. No weekends. No major holidays! Candidates must be willing to start as early as 7a and work until 7p one day per week.

Job Requirements:
Eligible for WA state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Prior outpatient ortho or dry needling experience is preferred.
New grad PTs will be supported and mentored.
Full-time is preferred 40 hours per week are available.
Candidates with 32 hours of availability will also be considered.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
