Purpose of the Role
BGIS is seeking a Facilities Administrator to support assurance activities and facilities administration within a major aviation precinct at Sydney Airport. Reporting to the Risk & Compliance Manager this role plays an important part in maintaining accurate records supporting assurance outcomes and ensuring smooth day-to-day administration.
Working closely with operational compliance and client stakeholders you will help coordinate documentation systems updates and client facing processes in a fast-paced highly visible environment.
The ideal candidate is organised approachable and detail-focused with a calm communication style and a genuine interest in supporting safe compliant operations.

This position is based full-time on-site at Mascot Airport Monday to Friday during core business hours. Free on-site parking is available once security clearance is obtained.
