Job Summary
Were looking for a hands-on data-drivenQuality Managerto lead companywide quality strategy across manufacturing engineering suppliers and customer experience.
This role owns the full Quality Management System (QMS) and drives continuous improvement across internal operations supplier quality warranty performance andISO compliance.

What Youll Do
Own and lead the Quality Management System (QMS)
Drive supplier quality: audits onboarding scorecards & corrective actions
Lead PPAP with suppliers to ensure robust launches and capable processes
Partner with Engineering & Purchasing onPFMEAs control plans & inspection standards
Reduce warranty claims through data analysis and permanent corrective actions
Lead root-cause problem solving (8D 5-Why FishboneFMEASPC)
Oversee incoming in-process and final inspection
MaintainISO 9001 certification and audit readiness
Present quality & warranty KPIs to leadership
Develop and mentor a high-performing quality team
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Quality or related field (or equivalent experience)
5 years in manufacturing quality leadership
Strong supplier quality and PPAP experience
Hands-on ISO 9001 leadership
Expertise in root-cause and quality tools (8D FMEA SPC etc.)
Six Sigma certification preferred
Strong analytical communication and leadership skills
