Looking for a role where you can work independently make decisions and build strong relationships This isnt your typical tyre fitter position. As aCommercial Tyre Fitter youll play a vital part in keeping bus fleets safe and operationalhelping protect passengers and the public while supporting sustainability and efficiency.

What will you be doing
Work from bus depots across Milton Keynes Luton Hemel Hempstead Heathrow.
Build inspect and maintain bus tyres ensuring accurate and timely input of job sheets into our internal system.
Take ownership of your workload understand fleet needs set priorities and deliver high-quality service without constant supervision.
Build positive relationships with depot teams and provide excellent customer service.
What are we looking for
Ideally located in Hemel Hempstead
Due to insurance purposes candidates must be 21 years old and/or have had a full and valid UK drivers licence for a minimum of 2 years (a company van will be provided).
The right to work in the UK (please note this role is not eligible for sponsorship).
Good IT skills youll need to learn our internal system to process your job sheets and track stock.
Strong attention to detail organisational skills and the ability to manage your own schedule and stock effectively.
Good communication and customer service skillsyoull be representing Michelin at our customers sites.
Flexibility for early morning starts when required.
The working hours for this role is usually between 7am-3pm Monday to Friday however some early starts will be required to ensure all vehicles have a monthly inspection whilst they are at the depot.
