Job Summary
The Mobile App Delivery Manager should have overall 10 years of experience in the IT industry with strong experience in both delivery management and Scrum Master responsibilities. The candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master supporting mobile or software development teams that consistently follow Scrum principles practices and Agile theory along with a valid Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance or . The role involves guiding teams on Agile and Scrum best practices enabling effective self-organization removing impediments and ensuring smooth sprint execution. The individual will work closely with Product Owners on backlog grooming prioritization and refinement while also facilitating internal and external communication to improve transparency and information flow. Responsibilities include preparing and managing delivery plans aligned with stakeholders timelines and release milestones along with a solid understanding of the mobile application delivery lifecycle. Strong skills in servant leadership project management stakeholder coordination and delivery governance are essential to successfully balance delivery accountability with Agile leadership.
